Instructions on Oral/Poster Presentation:To oral paper authors:Oral presentations are 20 minutes each; including 15 minutes presentation and 5 minutes discussion. Session organizers should keep the time schedule strictly. No conference computer will be prepared. Presenters should bring their own computers and an appropriate display adapters. The projector will have only D-sub 15pin connection. No-presentation/No-show papers will NOT be archieved by IEEE Xplore database.To poster paper authors:Poser presenters will be given a poster panel whose size is about width 1270 mm by height 1910 mm. Presenters should bring own poster by hand. Do not send poster and/or PDF to conference office. Pins are given. The poster should be smaller than the assigned space, and should contain poster ID, paper title, and authors. Note that paper ID is not paper ID of CMT, and your poster ID can be found in the conference program. Presenters should put their posters by themselves by 9AM on June 17, and give a short presentation in poster tours. Even-numbered-posters' tour will be scheduled during AM coffee break, and odd-numbered-posters' tour will be scheduled during PM coffee break. No-presentation/No-show papers will NOT be archieved by IEEE Xplore database. |
