Regarding Submission:

Paper submission through Paper Submission Link.
Templates for Journal Publications:
- IJCVSP: International Journal of Computer Vision & Signal Processing (IJCVSP). IJCVSP is FREE to publish & access. Recommended length: 6–10 pages in 2-column format.
- IJABC: International Journal of Activity and Behavior Computing (IJABC). IJABC is FREE to publish & access. Recommended length: 10–20 pages in 1-column format. Longer submissions may be considered upon review.
Submission is double-blind: Authors MUST NOT include any author names, affiliations, or acknowledgements in the manuscript. This information can be added to the final camera-ready version after acceptance.
All authors MUST be correctly entered into CMT with their accurate email addresses during the initial submission. Authors cannot be added or changed after the initial submission. All certificates, proceedings, etc., will be generated based on the information in CMT, *not* the PDF file. Please ensure accurate submission.
Students must have the necessary authorization or permission to submit their paper. Please ensure all authors, including supervisors, are appropriately included in the submission.
Do not copy and paste images, equations, or tables from other papers, theses, or sources without proper citation. If reuse is necessary, cite the references correctly and ensure the quality/resolution of the copied material is high.

Steps:

Visit MicrosoftResearch's CMT for paper submission and log-in.
If you are a new user, then 'Sign Up' - by clicking 'Sign up' button in that site. Follow steps by clicking 'Next' from bottom-right...
Follow the steps and 'Finish' the sign up!
Then 'Log-in' for paper submission. Click 'Create a new paper submisison' to submit your paper.
Follow and fill appropriately and finally 'Browse'. Use only *.PDF format your paper to 'Upload' and submit!
Follow the same procedure to submit more paper with the same user ID.
